Gift Wallets — No Server Storage

For Gift (anonymous) wallets, your private keys and seed phrases are generated entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We have no technical ability to access, recover, or restore them.

Premium Accounts — Encrypted Server Storage

For Premium accounts, private keys are encrypted server-side using AES-256 encryption and stored in our secure database to enable balance monitoring, withdrawals, and account recovery. The encryption is tied to your account credentials. You are responsible for keeping your PIN secure — Cointexo Ltd cannot decrypt or access your private keys without it.
